1 bunch celery, cut into 3" or 4" pieces
Melt butter in a large skillet and add celery, trying to make a single layer.
Add broth, salt and pepper according to taste; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
A nice light side for a meat meal or a spicy entree.
