Carrots, Curried (P, TNT)

400g (approximately 1 pound) carrots, peeled and cut in rings
1 teaspoon mild curry powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon oil

Arrange carrots in a crockpot and sprinkle with the curry powder, brown sugar, salt and pepper.

Pour oil over the carrots and toss thoroughly to mix all ingredients. Cover with lid and cook on high for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
