2 tbsp. butter-flavored margarine
Melt oils at medium-high.
Add carrots, cook, stirring frequently until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Add cumin, and salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover, cook 1-2 minutes Add parsley or cilantro. (If on Yom Tov before serving)

1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley or cilantro
