3 cup vegetable broth (I used chicken)
Put cabbage in crockpot. Pour everything on top. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Drain off 2/3 of liquid. Cook one more hour to reduce rest of liquid.

1 large minced onion
1/2 cup honey mustard
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
3 tsp. caraway seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
