Broccoli, Far East (P, TNT)

Serves: 2

1 tbsp. EACH rice vinegar and roasted sesame oil
1 tsp. EACH soy sauce and prepared mustard
1 10-oz. package frozen broccoli spears, steamed until tender-crisp and drained OR 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

In a salad bowl combine vinegar, oil, soy sauce and mustard. Add warm or chilled broccoli and toss to coat.

The recipe for Sesame Broccoli reminded me of this one, a really old Weight Watchers recipe that I love and still make.
