Broccoli, Braised (P, TNT)

1 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 pound bag frozen broccoli florets or baby florets
Coarse salt
Pepper
Approximately 1 tbsp. liquid aminos or soy sauce

In a large skillet over medium flame heat oil.

Add garlic, cook for 1 minute add broccoli, a sprinkle of coarse salt, and a little pepper. Mix.

Add about 1 cup water, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes, stir, add in liquid aminos. Cook covered for an additional 5 minutes or until al dente. Do not over cook or over mix into a soggy mush.

Poster's Notes:
I'm sure it would work with fresh broccoli too.
