Corn Chowder I (D, TNT)
Source: Wendy Baker's Mother, Celia Wisan a"s
Serves: 2

1 can cream-style corn
1 can milk
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Mix soup and milk in a saucepan and bring almost to a boil. Pour into bowls and add pepper to taste (without the pepper it is incredible flat, but might be enjoyed by kids).

Poster's Note:
There are all kinds of variations, like adding sautéed onions etc., but they all destroy the utter simplicity of the very good soup that beats many canned soups for flavor and salt content. If necessary, use no-salt-added corn and perhaps a little onion powder to pick it up a bit.
