2 small-medium sweet potatoes/yams
Bake or nuke the potatoes in their skins. Chill.
Scoop out the insides and combine with the juice and cinnamon in a blender. Whirl until smooth. Chill until ready to eat.

I had a couple of leftover sweet potatoes last week, and was trying to come up with a way to use them up. This is the result. It is very refreshing, thick and filling, and couldn't be much easier.
