2 pints strawberries, sliced
Pour all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and whirl it around until its smooth.
Taste and add more sweetener or a few drops of lemon juice if needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate until mealtime.
Poster's Notes:
This time of the year, we eat cold food after an introduction like this soup. Salads are especially nice.

1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar or equivalent
1 tsp. vanilla
For the sugar, I use only 12 packets of sugar substitute.
