Strawberry Soup I (P, TNT)

Serves: 4-6

3 cups crushed fresh strawberries
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cups sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
sliced strawberries for garnish

Mix the crushed strawberries, orange juice, sugar, and 1 cup of water together in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring often until the sugar dissolves.

Mix together the cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water and then add the mixture to the soup. Cook, stirring until the soup thickens, about 2 minutes.

Chill the soup. Serve garnished with strawberry slices.

It's very easy to make and very good.
