5 cups peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
Chop all ingredients except tomatoes. Mix all together in non-reactive bowl, and chill.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

2 medium sweet onions
5 medium cloves garlic
2 cups vegetable juice [low sodium]
2 cups Italian [fat free] salad dressing
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar OR non-nutritive sweetener
