Regular or whole wheat pita, OR flour tortillas, cut into wedges (for the pita, the halves should be separated)
Lay out wedges on baking sheets, in a single layer.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes (less for tortillas; watch carefully, they'll burn fast!) until crisp and lightly browned.
Serve with soup, or dips instead of potato chips.

This is a great way to use up those bags of pita that have been in the freezer a bit too long.
