1 lb. puff pastry dough
Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll dough on floured board until it is as thin as tissue paper. Set aside.
Chop onions very fine. Add eggs, oil, matzo meal, crushed corn flakes, salt and pepper. Spread filling on each quarter and roll into logs about 16" to 18" long.
Bake for 5 minutes at 400°F. Reduce the heat to 350°F and bake on a 9"x13" baking pan for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, cool and cut on the bias (diagonally) at 3" intervals.
Can be frozen. To reheat, do not defrost. Preheat oven to 400°F and warm for 20 minutes.
