2-1/2 lbs. mashed potatoes
Cook and drain the ground beef. Mix with potatoes and onion soup.
Put in phyllo sheets and roll jellyroll style. Freeze 1 hour and cut into pieces.
Bake at 375°F for 1/2 hour until golden.
