Garlic Pita (D/P, TNT)

Pita(s); split
Butter, margarine or olive oil
Minced garlic and/or garlic powder
Salt; if desired

Melt butter or margarine, if used.

Mix butter, margarine or oil with garlic powder and/or minced garlic. Add salt if desired. Brush onto pita halves.

Put on a baking sheet or foil and bake in a hot oven or toaster oven until browned and crunchy.

Other spices (like basil or oregano) can be added.
