I just returned from the grocery store and again saw what they call "Puppy Chow" at $8 per pound. It is the same as this recipe, in which I substitute 1 cup of nuts for some of their cereal. I seldom make it unless I can bring it to someone's home as it is oh so good and oh so tempting.
