Tomato Pesto (P, TNT)

Yield: About 2 cups

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp. garlic and herb salt
2 tbsp. fresh basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup tomato puree

Mix all the ingredients together and leave to soak for 1/2 hour or more.

Blend together until a paste is formed.
