Black Olive Pesto (P, TNT)

Serves: About 2 cups

1 cup black olives (pips removed)
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (soaked for a few minutes, dried and chopped)
1 tsp. garlic and herb salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 cup fresh parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil

Blend together.
