Mushroom Sauce I (M/P, TNT)
Source: a friend
Serves: varies

1/2 cup oil or less
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 heaping tbsp. chicken soup mix (or pareve mix)
1-1/2 pounds canned mushroom, drained
1/4 cup water

Paste:
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup cold water
Some liquid from sauce

Fry onions in oil. Add salt, pepper, mix and stir. Add mushroom with water. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Uncover and add flour paste to thicken.

Poster's Notes:
This is a delicious Mushroom Sauce recipe that I got from a friend and who happens to be a cousin of mine now too through marriage.
