3 tbsp. margarine (or oil)
Make a roux by melting butter in a small skillet, add flour and brown.
Add chili powder, then cocoa, then peanut butter, and then gradually whisk in broth. Season to taste.

1 heaping tbsp. natural peanut butter
At least 1 tbsp. cumin or to taste
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Garlic, chopped or powdered, to taste
