4 cloves garlic, minced
Sauté meat and seasonings. Add scallions. Dissolve chicken stock in water and add to meat. Add sugar, vegetarian oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Mix corn starch with some of the liquid to dissolve, and then add to ingredients.
