Serves: about 1-1/2 cups

1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1/2 cup honey
1 peeled and diced orange

Mix the orange juice and honey together. Add the diced orange pieces and serve with honey cake (click here for recipe).

Poster's Notes:
I like to serve the sauce over the cake because my kids are not huge fans of honey cake, but they do like oranges, and the sauce definitely moistens the cake nicely.
