Garlic-Butter Sauce (D, KLP)

Yield: Sauce would be enough for 12 mushrooms

60g butter
6g shallots
2 or 3 large garlic cloves
1 large bunch parsley
Salt
Pepper

Mushrooms for stuffing.

Chop the garlic, shallot, and parsley together very finely.

Mix this with the butter, season with salt and pepper and cream until you get a very smooth texture.

Poster's Notes:
If you take the stems off and put a knob of this in the caps (top facing down and then in the oven), the results would be delicious.
