Caramel Orange Sauce (P, TNT)

Yield: About 1-1/2 cups

1/4 cup margarine
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup EACH: Brown sugar, maple syrup, Sherry, orange juice, and water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

Heat margarine and flour until bubbling. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes until blended.
