2 tablespoons butter
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.

1/2 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
I have made this recipe for my husband and he loves it; it is very rich and thick. Just be sure to add the parmesan cheese a little bit at a time for easiest melting.
