1/2 cup mayo
Mix all ingredients and chill.

I marinated the salmon in Bragg (you can use soy sauce or Tamari), rice vinegar, honey, ginger and garlic--yum. After I cooked the salmon, I deglazed the pan with the marinade for a reduction to use later in a recipe that calls for Asian Fish Sauce as a replacement for that as it is inherently not kosher (unless somebody else knows of a kosher version).

1-1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

I made this to serve with salmon and it rocked! I used it on a smoked turkey sandwich and it was just perfect.
