Spinach and Strawberry Salad II (P, TNT)

Serves: 4

1 batch Sweet Poppy Seed Vinaigrette (click here for recipe)
1 lb. bagged, pre-washed baby spinach
1 cup sliced strawberries
3 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Make your dressing first, and have it standing by.

Put baby spinach in your big salad bowl. Pour on the dressing and toss well. Top with strawberries, almonds, and feta, and serve.
