Spinach and Strawberry Salad I (P, TNT)
Source: "Vegetable Magic"
Serves: 6-8

10 ounces fresh spinach, washed, torn into pieces with stems removed
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled, and cut in half
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

In a large bowl combine the spinach and strawberries.

Place all the ingredients for the "dressing" in a blender or processor except the oil and vinegar. While blending (with machine running) slowly add the oil and vinegar. Blend until thick and smooth.

Drizzle over salad, toss, and serve.
