Wasabi Vinaigrette (P, TNT)

Yield: 3/4 cup

2 tbsp. wasabi paste (Japanese horseradish) (may use 1 tbsp. for a milder vinaigrette)
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix wasabi, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir in rice wine vinegar. Add oil slowly, whisking constantly.
