1/2 cup olive oil
Put in a jar, give a good shake and there's a nice sugar-free dressing.
Don't pour the whole lot over one salad. This will do maybe 2-3 salads. Keeps well in the fridge in the jar for ages.

1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon mustard (not hot)
1/2 teaspoon basil (dried or fresh)
