Ranch Dressing I (D)

Yield: Makes 1-1/4 cups (10 2 tbsp servings)

6 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Fresh lemon juice to taste
1/2 tablespoon minced parsley
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
1/2 tablespoon minced fresh chives
Pinch onion powder

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

Refrigerate, tightly covered, until ready to serve.
