Rachel's Salad Dressing (P, TNT)

Yield: approximately 1 cup

1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
5-6 tsp. sugar, sugar substitute or honey
1/3 jar boiling water
1/3 jar vinegar
1/3 jar oil

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Double recipe if you're using a large jar.
