1/2 cup garlic powder
To include salt add:
Combine 2 tablespoons mix with 1/4 cup vinegar, 2/3 cup oil, 2 tablespoons water. Shake vigorously. Makes one cup dressing.
Poster's Notes:
2. Any ingredient (like mustard) that does not fit in someone's Pesach kitchen can easily be omitted.
3. Variations: add a tablespoon ketchup, any additional herbs of interest, etc.
4. Can be made either salt-free or with salt.

1. I made a lot of these, layering the spices in different colors for a spice sculpture, and gave as gifts last December. As I looked at the recipes again, saw the call for making salt-free Pesach recipes, I put 2+2 together and decided to share these with the list.
