Lemon Yogurt Vinaigrette (D, TNT)

Yield: about 1 cup

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt

In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, and Dijon mustard. Whisk in the yogurt.
