Italian Dressing, Light (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: Adjustable to desired amount

1 part olive oil or canola oil (not for Pesach)
1 part apple cider vinegar
1 part orange juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste (or 1 clove minced garlic)

Shake, rattle, and roll.

Poster's Notes:
You can substitute a bit of oil with water, but it dims the flavor.
