Garlic Vinaigrette, Roasted (P, TNT)

Yield: approximately 3/4 cup

1 bulb roasted garlic, peeled and chopped (or mushed) Garlic, Roasted (Microwave) (click here for recipe)
3 tbsp. molasses
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. Braggi (or tamari or soy sauce)
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. dried basil
3 turns freshly ground pepper
1 splash of toasted sesame oil (accidental/optional)
Olive oil as needed

In a mixing bowl, whisk together vinaigrette ingredients, leaving the olive oil for last and pouring it slowly while while whisking until vinaigrette congeals.

Poster's Notes:
My molasses and sesame oil bottles are the same size and shape--I grabbed the oil accidentally and splashed some in before I realized--but it was nice, just a little smoky hint.
