French Dressing, Embers (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 16

1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika

Put all ingredients in blender jar. Blend until very smooth. Refrigerate.

Poster's Notes:
My husband grew up in Miami Beach and the Embers Restaurant served this dressing over wedges of iceberg lettuce with crumbled hard boiled egg on top.
