Caesar Dressing I (D, TNT)

Yield: About 1 cup

1 clove of garlic, smashed
Juice of 1-1/2 lemons
1 coddled egg
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup good extra virgin olive oil
2 preserved anchovy fillets
About 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Smash garlic, anchovies, and mustard together. Whisk in lemon juice, egg, and oil slowly. Add the cheese and freshly ground pepper. The anchovies and Worcestershire sauce give enough salty taste.
