Mix/shake together all ingredients except the oil. Add the oil and mix/shake again.
*Vary the flavor with different kinds of mustards (spicy, dark, etc.) and vinegars (red wine, balsamic, raspberry, etc.) Better if kept at room temperature.

1+ whole clove (s) garlic
2/3 cup oil (I use extra virgin olive oil)
Store-bought varieties are loaded with chemicals/additives. I think homemade is much better tasting and better for you. This is an easy homemade recipe that I always have on hand.
