Potato Salad, Russian I (Huzarensalade) (M/P, TNT)

Serves: 4


4 cooked potatoes
1 apple
100g meat or substitute like Tival or soya, quorn, etc.
3 pickled cucumbers
2 tablespoons silver onions
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoons vinegar
salt
pepper

Cut potatoes in small cubes. Peel apple and cut in small cubes as well as the meat and cucumbers, the silver onions in quarters.

Mix all ingredients with the mayonnaise and vinegar; add salt and pepper.

Serve it on a flat dish, garnished with salad leaves and whatever you like.
