Potato Salad II (P, TNT)

Serves: 6 to 8

5 cups potatoes (small red or white) cooked, peeled and cut up
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
Drop of olive oil
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
White pepper, to taste
Parsley, for garnish
Paprika, for garnish

Mix together all the ingredients, except potatoes.

Add in cut potatoes. Mix altogether. Top with dried parsley and paprika.

Poster's Notes:
I like to cut the potatoes when they are cold, so I usually leave them peeled, but uncut, in the fridge for a few hours.

I sometimes want to buy potato salad to make things easier when I have company, but my family won't let me! (g)
