5 ripe tomatoes
Peel tomatoes, chop, and remove seeds. Combine tomatoes with basil and garlic. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of water, salt, and oil to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain. Return to (warm) pot. Add cheese - it will melt slightly. Add tomatoes and season to taste. Serve.

1 large clove garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. salt (I used less)
1 tbsp. olive oil
16 oz. thin spaghetti
16 oz. mozzarella, cubed
salt and pepper, to taste
Here is a great pasta for a summer meal. When I first prepared this, the children asked me to make it again soon.
