1 lb. Chinese lo mein noodle or linguini or spaghetti
Cook pasta for 5 minutes until slightly chewy; drain; rinse in cold water; drain. Put in serving bowl.
Blend rest of ingredients together. Mix together well with pasta. Chill. Serve chilled with some sesame seeds and chopped scallions on top or julienned cucumber.

1/2 cup sesame oil
1/4 to 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (depends on your taste)
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar (sometimes I use brown sugar)
1 tbsp. chili oil or chili paste ( I only use 1 tsp. as it is very spicy)
Sesame seeds and chopped scallions (to taste)
You can adjust ingredients to your taste.
