1/2 pound (2-1/2 cups) fresh mushrooms,
sliced
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon marjoram, crumbled
lettuce leaves
Combine mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, and green onion.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables. Toss gently.
Serve on bed of lettuce.
