Mushroom and Kiwi Salad (P, TNT)

Serves: 4 to 6 as a buffet dish

salad:
1 punnet mushrooms (about 250gr - 8 oz.)
1 tsp. lemon juice
6 to 7 kiwifruits (not soft)
2 tbsp. red pepper in vinegar diced (gamba)
About 10 mint leaves

Dressing:
3 tbsp. good olive oil
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1 tsp. dry oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of black pepper

Wash and dry the mushrooms, use only the caps thinly sliced. Add the lemon juice to avoid discoloration.

Add the peeled and sliced kiwis, then the red peppers and finely the shredded mint. Cover with dressing and serve!
