1 1 lb. chunk mozzarella cheese
Slice mozzarella cheese and tomatoes into 1/8" thick slices. Place on a plate alternating tomatoes and cheese, overlapping them a little. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with the fresh herbs.

fresh basil chopped
fresh oregano chopped
good quality olive oil
Brian suggests also topping with olives (I'll skip those) and serving with a good sourdough bread. (yum!).
