2 cans white corn, drained (you must use white corn)
1 handful snow peas
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil (you use any oil I guess)
Cut snow peas in thirds. Steam snow peas and red pepper.
Cool and add to corn along with onion. Add dressing of lemon juice and oil and mix.
Chill and serve.
