Tuna Salad, Israeli (P, TNT)

Serves: 8 to 10

3 cans tuna or one large tin, drained
1 large pickle or 2 medium pickles, finely chopped
1 or 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 spring onion, finely chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped into tiny cubes
Cilantro to taste, finely chopped (optional)
Juice of 1 medium lemon
Wine vinegar, to taste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. zhoug/shatta, depending on potency or maybe a Tabasco-type pepper sauce if you prefer
3 to 4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix well. Eat.

Poster's Notes:
If the tuna was in water, then I add a little olive oil.

I use my egg slicer to cube the eggs.

Some people will also add corn. I personally don't like it.
