1 bunch celery, with the leaves for the tang
4 potatoes, boiled, cooled and sliced
2 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
1 spoon capers
2 anchovy fillets
1 white onion finely sliced
Olive oil, for dressing
Vinegar, for dressing
I also added a finely chopped green chili for me (and for those who like it hot!
