16 ounces imitation crab meat, finely chopped or shredded
Mix everything together!!!! That's it!!! It keeps well in the refrigerator. I serve it in a bowl on a bed of iceberg or romaine lettuce. It is good on a salad plate or in a sandwich (like finger sandwiches or something more substantial).
Poster's Notes:
You can use low-fat or no-fat dressings/mayo, but when I want to wow folks I always go for the real stuff (fat, fat, fat!!!!) but for everyday, I often mix the low-fat and fat-free. It tastes fine, but as always with the fat-free stuff, it does lack that certain something.

Nutritional Info Per Serving: N/A
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup finely diced purple or sweet onion
1/2 cup finely diced green pepper
1/2 cup finely diced red pepper
1/2 cup finely diced celery
This is a salad recipe given to me by a friend when our son was getting married (March, 1999) for a pre-wedding inter-family get together we had at our home for many out of town guests. It was well liked and I have made it many times since. Amounts are approximate, of course.
